Tapping With Arpeggios Lessons 1- 5

Artists such as Guthrie Govan, Greg Howe, Yngwie Malmsteen and Paul Gilbert use this technique to create impossible sounding licks. Build up the speed VERY slowly and make your focus rhythm.

In lesson one we look at a minor arpeggio with a tapped note at the 12th fret. Sweep-pick all the notes apart from the ones on the top E string, hammer them, then tap the note and then pull-off the notes on the way back down.…follow link for more:
